Vita’s Hair Studio has a diverse clientele with a variety of hair needs. If you prefer to be serviced in complete privacy, please place a request for private servicing when you schedule your appointment and we will accommodate this request. Our goal is to always make our clients feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable.
All first time clients requiring Hair Enhancement, Hair Loss/Alopecia & Hair Extension services will be scheduled a new client consultation to insure the highest level of servicing. The consultation is given to evaluate your needs and to determine the specific services and products best suited for you.
We accept payments in the form of Cash, Credit and Debit cards – Visa and MasterCard. If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, please notify the salon manager immediately prior to leaving. Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.
There is free parking in a private parking lot directly in front of Vita’s Hair Studio for all clients.
If you need to cancel, reschedule or change any services within a scheduled appointment, we respectfully request you notify us no later than 2 days (48 hours) before your appointment time. Appointment reminders are sent via email and/or text message three days in advance of all appointments. Vita’s Hair Studio uses Premium 100% Human Hair for Hair Replacement, Hair Extensions, and Hair Weaving services. To insure our clients receive optimal results, we always use professional grade and Organic salon products & materials for outstanding results.
For our out of town clients, Vita’s Hair Studio offers complimentary concierge servicing for all of your hospitality needs.
Children & Guests
To ensure the safety of our employees and clients we ask that you refrain from bringing children to the spa unless they are being serviced. If guests accompany you during your visit that are not being serviced, they may be asked to remain in the front lounge area for the comfort and privacy of our clients.
