Vita’s Hair Studio has a diverse clientele with a variety of hair loss needs. If you prefer to be serviced in absolute privacy throughout your entire service, please place a request when you schedule your appointment and we will accommodate this request. Our goal is to always make our clients feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable.
We always welcome all first time clients in by scheduling a new client consultation to insure the highest level of servicing. The consultation is given to evaluate your needs and to determine the specific services and products best suited for you.
We accept payments in the form of financing for our cranial prosthesis hair systems, with zero percent financing period. We also accept American Express, Discover, Cash, Credit and Debit cards. If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, please notify the salon manager immediately prior to leaving. Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.
There is free parking in a private parking lot directly in front of Vita’s Hair Studio for all of our clients.
If you need to cancel, reschedule or change any services within a scheduled appointment, we respectfully request you notify us no later than 2 days (48 hours) before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointment reminders are sent via email 5 days before and SMS text message three days in advance of all appointments. Vita’s Hair Studio uses Premium 100% Human Hair for all of our customized hair loss hair addition services. To insure our clients receive optimal results, we always use professional grade and Organic salon products & materials for outstanding results.
For our out of town clients, Vita’s Hair Studio offers complimentary concierge servicing for all of your hospitality needs.
Children & Guests
To ensure the safety of our employees and clients we ask that you refrain from bringing children with you unless they are being serviced. If guests accompany you during your visit that are not being serviced, they may be asked to remain in the front lounge area for the comfort and privacy of all of our clients receiving services.
