Vita's Hair Studio Salon Policy & Spa Etiquette

Our clients and their appointments are very important to all of the team members at Vita’s Hair Studio. We respect their time and ensure that we accommodate all clients in a timely manner; please give at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes. 

Private Servicing

Vita’s Hair Studio has a diverse clientele with a variety of hair needs. If you prefer to be serviced in complete privacy, please place a request for private servicing when you schedule your appointment and we will accommodate this request. Our goal is to always make our clients feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable.
Client Consultations
All first time clients seeking hair services are encouraged to schedule a new client consultation prior to being serviced. The consultation is given to evaluate your needs and to determine the specific services and products best suited for you. 
Hair Enhancement Services
All Hair Extension, Hair Replacement & Hair Weaving services require a new client consultation. At least 48 hours notice is required for changes to all hair enhancement service appointments. 
We accept payments in the form of Cash, Credit and Debit cards - Visa and MasterCard. If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, please notify the salon manager immediately prior to leaving. Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.
There is free parking in front of Vita’s Hair Studio for all clients.
Products & Materials 
Vita’s Hair Studio uses Premium 100% Human Hair for Hair Replacement, Hair Extensions, and Hair Weaving services. To ensure our clients receive optimal results, we always use professional grade and Organic salon products & materials to ensure outstanding results.    

For our out of town clients, Vita’s Hair Studio offers complimentary concierge servicing for all of your hospitality needs. 

Children & Guests
To ensure the safety of our employees and clients we ask that you refrain from bringing children to the spa unless they are being serviced. If guests accompany you during your visit that are not being serviced, they may be asked to remain in the front lounge area for the comfort and privacy of our clients.
