Q: Can I schedule a private consultation?

A: Yes. Due to the professional atmosphere of our salon, we always schedule a new client consultation before all customized hair loss servicing. During your scheduled consultation, one of our hair experts will review your hair history, current condition of hair, scalp and density levels, making service and product recommendations  to help you achieve your desired objective.  All client consultations are confidential and conducted in complete privacy in a client privacy suite. Our new client consultations are $50, which is applied to your service. 

 

Q: I have hair loss, hair thinning, Alopecia, and do not want to be serviced in front of other clients.

A: We understand the needs of our hair loss and Alopecia clients, as 95% of our clients have some degree of hair loss. Since we are a hair loss specialty hair salon, at Vita’s Hair Studio, we have cozy private client suites within our full service hair salon.  ​

 

Q: My hair is damaged and/or grows slow. What can you do to help me?

A: During your initial consultation as a new incoming client, a hair care regimen will be tailored to your specific needs. All of our hair products are free of sulfates, silicones, parabens, sodium chloride, and are keratin safe. In addition, they are animal cruelty free and made with the purest plant extracts and essential oils to nourish and promote hair growth.

 

Q: How early should I arrive for my appointment?

A: We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will enable you to be able to complete any new client paperwork, enjoy refreshments, and for your services to begin on time. We don’t overbook, and we typically start guests within 5 minutes of their arrival time. 

 

Q: What if I’m running behind. Will you still allow me to keep my appointment?

A: Vita’s Hair Studio can typically still serve guests who are no more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible to communicate your timeline.

 

Q: I would like a hair addition service. Will your hair addition services damage my hair/scalp?

A: The hair addition services that we provide are non-damaging to the natural hair and scalp. We have hair extension methods that can be applied without the use of glue, heat, wax, or harmful chemicals. We also offer medical grade human hair replacement with pure 100% human hair. We offer many different types of human hair extensions and many different application methods, all of which are very healthy for the natural hair in the manner in which we apply them. We will never perform a service that will jeopardize the integrity of your natural hair and scalp.

 

Q: Will I be able to swim, use sauna and exercise with your hair extension, hair enhancement and hair replacement methods?

A: Yes. You will be able to continue with your normal daily activities with all of our hair addition services.

 

Q: What payments do you accept?

A: Financing is available for all Cranial Prosthesis, Hair Replacement and services relating to them, with zero percent financing. Please inquire during your consultation. Vita’s Hair Studio also accepts cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA credit cards, and debit cards.
