OUR APPOINTMENT POLICY
Vita's Hair Studio value our clients time; we do not have extensive waiting times and we do not overbook. We service clients by appointment only, and we are ready for you when you arrive to your appointment.
We recommend that new clients come in for a private consultation. You are encouraged to bring pictures of styles that you are requesting along with any questions that you may have.
Consultations are recommended to insure that you have the best possible results from your hair addition service.
For your comfort, all hair addition services are rendered in a private area.
Most hair weaving services take 1 1/2 - 21/2 hours and hair extension services take no more than 3-4 hours.
A non-refundable, non transferable deposit is required for hair all addition services, which is applied toward the total cost of the service.
For hair weaving services in which we do not supply the hair, the non-refundable deposit is $100 and can be paid online or in person. For hair weaving services in which we provide the hair, hair extensions, and hair replacement services, the deposit will be 50% of the total cost and can be paid at the end of the consultation.
The non-refundable deposit allows us to reserve the materials needed for your appointment, and the amount of time designated to complete the service requested. We must have a deposit to reserve a hair addition appointment.
You can reserve your appointment by paying your deposit in our studio or online registration once your appointment has been booked by calling the studio. Please note that a $5.00 service fee will apply for all online payments.
Kindly give us 48 hours notice for any appointment changes. In an effort to respect the time of all patrons, if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. In this instance, a rebooking fee will apply.
